The Community Foundation of Greater Chattanooga and the United Way of Greater Chattanooga raised more than $500,000 for tornado relief after a powerful storm tore through Tennessee in April.

The Victor Murdock Fund at the Wichita Community Foundation is awarding $120,000 to two Wichita nonprofits that are focusing on mental health and education.
